Paul Keleghan will lead the operational side of the business and focus on how it can best deliver its products and services to advisers and investors.
“Our focus on innovation has seen Consilium grow substantially in recent years to the extent we now have 55 staff and over $6.5 billion in assets under administration,” managing director Scott Alman says.
“Paul will lead the operational side of our business and focus on how we can best deliver our products and services to advisers and investors, maximising efficiencies and our effectiveness through quality operational systems, processes, policies and people,” says Alman.
“At its heart, our business is about helping independent advisers. We want to champion their needs."
Keleghan has more than 25 years experience designing and delivering information and change capabilities that enhance the provision of services, with an overriding focus on improving client outcomes.
He has served as a chief operating officer within the defence sector and most recently he was chief information officer for healthcare provider Evolution Healthcare.
His previous roles include CIO at Pacific Radiology, CIO and general manager of Infrastructure at Lyttelton Port Company and delivery director at Jade Software Corporation.
Before emigrating to New Zealand in 2007, Keleghan's leadership of a major UK pan-government programme focused on UK security led to him being awarded an OBE.
