Smartshares gains new director - Lindsay Wright resigns
Lindsay Wright has stepped down from the board of directors at Smartshares and has been replaced by the chief financial and corporate officer of NZX Limited.

Graham Law has been appointed to the board of directors of Smartshares, effective from today, November 24 and has expertise in strategic leadership, corporate governance, and risk and financial management.
Law is currently chief financial and corporate officer of NZX Ltd, the owner of Smartshares, while Wright will remain on the board of NZX.
Law joined NZX in November 2017 and has considerable experience working across the financial and professional service sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
He previously worked as head of finance at ACC, and before this was managing director and chief financial officer at AMP Capital.
Wright was appointed as a director in February 2018. She has more than 30 years of financial services and funds management experience locally and globally and is chief executive of funds management at Sun Hung Kai & Co.
