Morningstar MD heading off

Morningstar Australia and New Zealand managing director leaving the research house.

Morningstar Australia and New Zealand managing director Jamie Wickham will leave Morningstar at the end of May.

Chris Galloway who currently leads the wealth business - which includes the adviser and individual investor facing businesses – advice software, research, managed accounts, and Morningstar Investor for individuals   - will take on the role as country leader for Australia and New Zealand.

Wickham joined Morningstar in 2006 when the company acquired Aspect Huntley. 

"I don’t have any plans on my next phase other than looking forward to a well-earned break,” Wickham said in a statement.

Galloway has been with Morningstar since 2009 through the company’s acquisition of Intech Pty Ltd and led Morningstar’s Investment Management group in Asia Pacific since 2012.
