New chapter for Fisher Funds
New chief executive Simon Power has made changes to Fisher Funds' exec team.

Fisher Funds has "refreshed" its executive leadership team following the completion of the merger of its business with Kiwi Wealth.
Chief executive Simon Power, who took the helm in February 2024, says this is "a new chapter for Fisher Funds."
Nilesh Mistry is the chief client officer overseeing Fisher Funds client advisers, client services, distribution and marketing. Mistry has been with the company for four years and was formerly the chief operating officer and executive lead of the integration of Fisher Funds and Kiwi Wealth.
He has global financial experience in technology and operations, and leading sales and services in those industries.
Chynel James has joined Fishers as its chief operating officer. She was formerly chief technology officer at BDO. She brings with her deep experience in digital and technology transformation and is a strong people and operational leader.
Jody Kaye has a new role as chief product and group strategy officer. Kaye has been with Fishers for seven years, first as chief financial officer and more recently leading the integration programmes. He is tasked with evolving the Fisher Funds’ client offering across KiwiSaver and wealth management and driving strategic initiatives across the business.
The investment team continues to be led by Ashley Gardyne as chief investment officer. Remaining on the executive are Pauline Stockill – chief people officer, Andrew Donaldson – chief financial officer, and Vanessa Simons – general counsel.
