Rodgers brings 17 years of experience within TOWER Health & Life to the role, including five years as chief underwriter, five years as product manager - Health and Risk, and the past seven years in the position of product manager - Health Insurance.

His background also includes 11 years within a reinsurance environment.

Mike Lopes, head of intermediary distribution for TOWER Health & Life says Rodgers is highly regarded as an expert within both health and risk and will be very valuable in growing the knowledge of advisers selling TOWER's products.

"We are delighted he has accepted this role within TOWER."

Kathy Crispin will replace David in the permanent position of product manager - Health Insurance.

Crispin has been active in this role for the past 12 months while Rodgers had been seconded to TOWER's systems enhancement project.

Crispin has been with TOWER for five years and has held management roles within the operations and pricing areas.

Her background prior to TOWER includes management roles within operations and underwriting at Southern Cross.
