NZ Assets Management announces new Principal Andy Morris

One of New Zealand’s pre-eminent global investment management firms, New Zealand Assets Management, has today announced that Andy Morris will join the firm as a Principal, effective immediately.
Morris, former Director of Westpac Institutional Bank (NZ) whose responsibilities over recent years have included the management of private, wealth and institutional operations brings more than 20 years international experience, having worked in London, New York, Sydney and New Zealand.
Morris will join the NZAM team as an equity partner; his appointment follows a series of senior appointments in 2010 including Andrew ‘Clem’ Clements as Chairman, and Greg Peacock as Principal.
Commenting on his new position, Morris said: “I have enjoyed a diverse and challenging career, working in global capital centres around the world. NZAM has been operating on the global stage for the past 20 years and has successfully established a very strong reputation in the market place, all while based from New Zealand.
