Stewart joins AMP boards
Former AXA New Zealand chief executive Ralph Stewart has been appointed to the role of non-executive director on the boards of AMP Services NZ and AMP Superannuation NZ, the main AMP operating entities in New Zealand.

The appointment comes in the wake of the merger between AMP and AXA on March 31.
The appointment was announced by AMP Financial Services NZ boss Jack Regan, who is leading the merged business.
