MDRT gets new chairs

The Million Dollar Round Table in New Zealand has appointed two new area chairmen.

Friday, July 20th 2012, 10:32AM

Scott Morrison is the new Auckland area chairman. He joined the insurance division of Summit Financial Group in 2001, and has recently become a shareholder and director of the company.

Originally Scott joined Summit as an adviser in the corporate insurance market, primarily with group life and medical schemes. However, due to his skills and knowledge in dealing with a wide range of industry types (gained from his previous consultancy business), he quickly moved into the business insurance sector, tailoring insurance solutions for small to medium sized business owners, protecting both their business and their families.

Within the financial services industry Morrison is leading the way in using technology to create a memorable and efficient service to his clients.

He is a current MDRT member and comes from very good stock with his father Peter Morrision being a one of New Zealand's top financial advisers.

Warren Stephens is the new Christchurch area chairman. He is chief executive of The Lifetime Group, which is a highly experienced team of financial, business and risk advisers.  Stepehens is the driving force behind Lifetime Security. He has a passion for risk and helping others. He is an inspiration leader that is more than willing to assist advisers in their personal and business development.

Stephens is a current MDRT member and keen supporter of MDRT.
