TNP has appointed Suzanne Baldwin to the new role of General Manager Operations.
She has been with TNP for a year and she has predominantly focused on building PROfile, TNP's financial advice software solution. One of Suzanne's key responsibilities in her new role will be the on-going development of PROfile, TNP's compliant, process driven, 'end to end' solution plus she will be overseeing day-to-day operations.
"We see Suzanne's appointment as an integral part of our planned growth strategy over the next two to three years," TNP chief financial officer Jamie Coltman says. "Her appointment will enable us to further enhance our overall offering to our members."
Baldwin is an AFA and CFP with over 15 years experience in the financial services industry. "Her previous management roles and knowledge of financial advice and processes make her ideally suited to her new role," he says.
