Former TOWER Investments Mezzanine Sales and Communications Manager Michael Coote has joined the AMP 360 adviser training programme.
AMP 360 has only been running a couple of months and has had two intakes of 20 people who are being trained up to become advisers. The programme is built on the Academy that AMP runs in Australia.
People who join up have a number of career options available to them. One of the purposes behind the programme is to develop advisers who can be used in the succession planning process for others who are wanting to retire or sell their operations.
Coote is working to becoming an AFA. He says on his LinkedIn page that "Ultimately I expect to become a financial planner offering a diversified suite of professional services."
Coote spent 12 years with TOWER and before that he presented seminars for Money Managers for eight years.
