Angi Mann would deliver training that helps advisers drive business, the PAA said.
She said: "Regulation has necessarily been a key focus over the past few years. However, it is now timely to complement this with more choice in the business training available for members. We’ll be getting into the detail that matters to adviser business with structured CPD training. I'm talking about accessible training that delivers quick wins and long term benefits - and importantly which is highly relevant to what advisers need in their business.”
Mann has run a number of training events for PAA members over recent years. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry.
As training facilitator at AMP, Angi trained new advisers and facilitated training of the National Certificate Financial Services Level 5.
At Adviserlink, as assessment manager and DAO assessor, she assessed the course work of advisers undertaking the certificate. More recently, Angi has delivered training on regulatory and business skills for a number of organisations, including the PAA.
PAA chairman Bruce Cortesi said: "We are very pleased to have such a highly skilled and experienced professional development expert working with us. But perhaps just as important, Angi knows many PAA advisers and has a strong understanding of what our members need and what they will get the most value from."
