Kepa appoints National Business Development manager

Thinus Theron has been appointed National Business Development Manager at dealer group Kepa.
In this role he will be looking after Kepa's Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers and will assist and support them in their development and growth of the advisers within Kepa.
Thinus has 21 years’ experience in the financial services industry, both in New Zealand and South Africa. Before he came into the insurance industry Theron completed a Law Degree in 1993.
Previously he spent six months as an account manager at Kepa and after he arrived in New Zealand he was an adviser at Discovery Life in Auckland for eight months.
He is a registered financial adviser. He's held roles working in fortune 500 companies across business development, risk management and third party sales in New Zealand and abroad.
