Gail Costa

Cigna New Zealand chief executive Gail Costa said the 2018 360 Cigna Well-Being Survey showed Kiwis were finding it increasingly difficult to manage their personal well-being and that of their families.

“We’re delighted to be supporting Life Education Trust help educate our communities on the importance of taking care of your health and wellness.”

Cigna’s research showed eight in 10 Kiwis were affected by stress and only half of New Zealanders felt they could take care of their children’s health and well-being.

“Education about stress and how to take care of your mental well-being is really important for our young people living in today’s demanding environment. Cigna is proud to partner with community organisations like Life Education Trust that work to improve the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities,” Costa said.
