[Obituary] Mike Loftus

Mike Loftus, who had roles at AIA, AMP and Westpac died recently. This article on the Stuff website is a fitting obituary.

Mike Loftus is 49. He's a businessman and sports administrator, a political activist, a husband and father.

About eight months ago he learnt that his lung and bone cancer (which had begun with a sarcoma in his rib 12 months before), was terminal. Six months ago he made a conscious decision that he was going to die happy. And seven weeks ago he started writing a book to explain how he'd done it.
