Craigs makes three changes at the top

Craigs Investment Partners has made three senior appointments to the firm’s executive leadership team.

Jeremy Williamson has been promoted into the newly created role of Head of Private Wealth and Markets, Tim Kiefte as Head of Advisory and Ryan Bacher has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer.

“This change in executive structure will position Craigs for further growth and adds significant breadth and strength to our senior management team as the firm continues to grow strongly”, Managing Ddirector Frank Aldridge says.

The new role of Head of Private Wealth and Markets will oversee all apects of the Private Wealth division, as well as the firm’s private capital market and alternative asset initiatives. This appointment reflects the significance of the Private Wealth division to the business. Williamson has been with the firm since joining from ABN AMRO in 2009 and will make the move from his current position as Managing Director, Investment Banking.

“Jeremy’s experience in markets and leadership will be valuable to both our advisers and our clients,” Aldridge says.

As part of the structure, Tim Kiefte has been appointed as Head of Advisory, commencing in early 2021. He joined Craigs as an area manager in 2016 and has 20 years’ experience in financial advice and management. This deep understanding of client service has assisted Craigs make significant
progress toward reaching superior client outcomes.

Chief Operating Officer Ryan Bacher has made the move from London where he most recently worked for Barclays International as the Regional Chief Operating Officer across the Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East Operations.

Bacher stepped into the role in April 2020 and is finding it a welcome challenge. “I’m enjoying the challenge this new role presents. My experience is well suited to assisting the business take a significant step change operationally – this will deliver more robust systems which will result in even higher-quality
service for our clients.”
