Specialist financial sector consulting firm, Mosaic Financial Services has appointed Caroline Carver and Mark Carver as principal consultants to deliver privacy consulting and training services.
The appointment follows ongoing changes to local and global privacy regulation and recent, high-profile date privacy breaches which have highlighted the importance of protecting personal data as the finance sector undertakes digital transformation programmes.
“Caroline and Mark bring world class knowledge and significant experience around deploying Privacy by Design. Their approach complements Mosaic’s existing capability and delivery approach which focuses on designing, integrating and embedding optimised business processes and technologies into their client’s organisation and culture.
"We are seeing increasing demand from our clients in this space as they seek to both meet their regulatory obligations and provide a platform for greater digitisation including responses to Open Banking ” Mosaic chief executive Myles Allan says.
The Carvers previously founded the specialist privacy consultancy TwoBlackLabs which was sold last year.
Allan said there was increasing demand in the financial services industry for independent advice from experienced, qualified specialists, able to deliver pragmatic solutions.
